Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders from Hong Kong. The checkout currently accepts Hong Kong delivery addresses.

• Processing: Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
• Hong Kong delivery: A flat HK$35 delivery charge is calculated at checkout.
• Tracking: Tracking details are sent once the parcel has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

For delivery outside Hong Kong or time-sensitive requests, submit a cart inquiry before placing your order so customer care can confirm availability, postage, duties, and timing.
