Contact SANVELLA before sending any return so we can confirm eligibility, instructions, and the correct return address.

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Change-of-mind requests: Unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging may be considered when requested promptly after delivery.
  • Non-returnable items: Personalized or engraved pieces, pierced earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, and final-sale products are generally not eligible unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Return condition: Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may be declined.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original delivery charges and return shipping are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
