Orders, prices, and payment

An order is accepted when SANVELLA confirms it for fulfillment. Prices and availability may change before acceptance. Orders may be declined or cancelled for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock error, incorrect pricing, or delivery limitations. You are responsible for accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

Personalized items

Check names, dates, spelling, and other personalization details carefully. Production begins from the information submitted with the order, and personalized items are generally not returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

Shipping, duties, and returns

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs delays, duties, taxes, or local handling fees. Returns are handled under the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable consumer law.

Children’s products
